We don't charge by the hour. Your plumber looks at the job, works out what it needs, and gives you one fixed figure in writing before anything starts. That figure covers labour, parts and clean-up.
If the job turns out to be more complicated than it looked, that's our problem — the price you approved is the price you pay. The only time it changes is if you ask us to do additional work, and that gets quoted separately.
